They probably have the biggest liable case in US history if they sued Trump. Trump has used public office to libel these companies with his endless bashes about fake news while praising fox news from that same public office.

This case would probably be the biggest liable case in US history so do you think they should sue him?

How are you going to feel when you find out NY Times has had the unredacted FISA that you will get to see real soon (likely today) since March 2017? And since then they've known the warrant/"Russia collusion" was a complete fraud but continued to publish articles otherwise?

Brand damage, look at all the red hats that claim anything on any of these sites or news channels is "fake news". They never used these words until Trump told them to.. I think it would be a extremely easy case to win.

I think the only reason they dont sue is because it would set a bad president for a news agency or group of them to sue the POTUS.

This would be one of the easiest to prove and biggest libel case is US history. I think the only reason they dont is because they dont want to lower themselves to Trumps level..
