I had the news on in the background this morning while I was working - I don't even know what channel it was on - and they said there was 82 different questionable contacts between the Trump campaign and the Russian government.

Why did Jeff Sessions meet with the Russian ambassador three times and then lie about it under oath? What did they discuss? Did Jeff Sessions debrief the State Department? The FBI? The CIA? Did he give any details to Congress? Jeff Sessions claims he met with the Russian ambassador due to his work with the Committee on Armed Services. Why was he the only one from the Committee on Armed Services to meet with the Russian ambassador? Did Jeff Sessions give any details of his meeting with the Russian ambassador to anyone on the Committee on Armed Services?

Why all the lies? Why the secrets? If there is nothing to hide, why not just tell the truth?
