Cohen's lawyer claims they didn't leak it. The thinking is Trump leaked it, because it was gonna come out in the next few weeks, so they leaked it to hurt Cohen's ability to work with Muller. If that ends up being the case it could be considered witness tampering..
Guess we just have to wait and see
