IF this were legit - which it's not - and the affiliate could show 3-4 years of 'steady' (relative) revenue then two years could be possible depending on how you structured the deal (tiers/levels of payout).

it is hard to sell something for 12 months nowdays but it does not mean it does not work and it is not worth it.

Nah. A business with 3 year proven EBITDA that could withstand due diligence might sell for 3 times cash flow. No adult business should ever sell for 2 times net. Accounting firms sells for 1.5 times net, staffing firms sell for 2 times net. These are businesses with tax statements, accountants statements, and steady customers with good expectation of retention.

Only a fool would pay 2 years net on an adult online business unless it came with assets that have their own value.
