as mentioned before, i go with 12 months if possible ($60k) but in this case i wanted to sell it for 10 month worth of sales ($50k).
it is hard to sell something for 12 months nowdays but it does not mean it does not work and it is not worth it.

Accounting firms sells for 1.5 times net, staffing firms sell for 2 times net. These are businesses with tax statements, accountants statements, and steady customers with good expectation of retention.

Only a fool would pay 2 years net on an adult online business unless it came with assets that have their own value.
