I used to do it but realized you both end up looking like fools. When the newsgroups were active and free in the mid-90’s, some asshole nicknamed DavidLetterman posted I was really a guy in Wyoming. Some believed it but I’d tell them to visit my sites, call me and tell me my voice isn’t female and my accent isn’t thick Bostonian. I’d argue relentlessly as it could affect my business.

Research and a hacker friend found his real name and location. I simply sent him email, revealing what I knew, and reminded him that the Internet can be dangerous. Nicely, of course. ;)

He called, apologized, said he was mad I’d not meet him, and promised to quit posting. Never saw another Pam=man post again.

But I really hated arguing and didn’t like myself much after reading the posts. Years later I had an alter ego nickname who posted in IRC channels by bashing pedos, insecure swingers, password traders and gay-bashing participants. Was fun especially when a kid hacker friend would get into a T1 and nuke the hell out of people via tens of thousands of bots.

Message was “Making fun of people isn’t nice. Payback’s a bitch and now you’re MY bitch!” 25,000 bots would hit their IP address and knock them off their 56k modem!

It was easier than arguing, teaching or k-lining.

Sadly, the kid took out all of AT&T East and got caught at 17 and ended up in juvenile detention until 21. He was banned from internet usage for ten years. Very smart kid who wasted his talent over his weight. He was fat, made fun of constantly, and got revenge by nuking people offline.

Also, there's two types of annoying ppl here:

i used to work full time on adult sites but i moved on to other things, but my adult sites are still a small part of the work i do.

and the thing i am mostly against is the EU, which also played a huge part in the migrant crisis and are therefore also responsible for the terror attacks across Europe, so it's logical i have an opinion about that self destructive irresponsible mass immigration policy as well.
And i am not the only Dutchie who is against the EU - every time there is a referendum where the EU is involved, the majority of Dutchies vote against it (but our government just ignores our vote every time and does what the EU tells them to do anyway).
So the majority of the people here in the Netherlands generally thinks the same way as i do... this will probably make you upset even more

As for doing business - i do not care if someone has another political opinion, that shouldn't be a factor. If you find out the nice clerk at your local corner store thinks critically about the EU, do you stop shopping there and do you start hating him all of a sudden?
For example, if bladewire would offer something for websites that my sites need, i would not hesitate to do business with him, and we never agree politically.
