That's easy to answer. It happens all the time. Not everyone in every organization knows what everyone else is doing. A prime example would be that I had 3 different people from Net Mgmnt try to purchase our package over a 5 day period, and 2 people from Candid Cam!!! If they actually all sent checks, I would have easily refunded their overage.
