where do u register business in Canada?

Simply where to go to register a busienss in Canada, Toronto ? is there an online applications I can fill up ? and how long does this process take ? Thanks..

Well the first place to look is the gov't of ontario website and follow the links. Can't remember, maybe a division of the Min of Finance. You can do it online or go to a gov't building and use the computer to search the name you want or you can get a number company blah blah Ontario Inc. or ltd etc. Start with the website.
