question is still unaswered, where do I go to do it ? whats the adress ?

Burtman 04-30-2003 05:25 PM

Well the first place to look is the gov't of ontario website and follow the links. Can't remember, maybe a division of the Min of Finance. You can do it online or go to a gov't building and use the computer to search the name you want or you can get a number company blah blah Ontario Inc. or ltd etc. Start with the website.

For incorporation as an ontario corporation it was the land and registry office of ontario. In the blue pages of your phone book.
