That doesn't tell us anything. He may be with a company that can't afford techs or even on some off the wall bandwidth and paying less than the hosting company is for the bandwidth.

With no information how can anybody make an informed decision.

Depends on the specs of those boxes and how many boxes are in the cue. I don't see more than 2 days being a problem
