I just ICQ'ed Jim for you, sent him this thread url. Doesn't look like he's on at the moment, so I would shoot them that email as well.

I also have to add that techiemedia's support kicks ass.

I just forwarded this thread to Wayne, who seems to be on even though it's like 3AM in the morning.

Wayne just helped me out with a quick problem. Their customer support just plain rocks.

Okay, Wayne just hit me up and said he'll contact you. How's that for customer support?

however, I think it's unfair that "we" have come to expect to reach everyone via ICQ at ungodly hours of the night .
