I also have to add that techiemedia's support kicks ass.

I sent an email and got a response within minutes.

When you're dealing with guys like myself, and Jim & co fr techiemedia.... kicking ass is just the way it is.

I just forwarded this thread to Wayne, who seems to be on even though it's like 3AM in the morning.

Wayne just helped me out with a quick problem. Their customer support just plain rocks.

Okay, Wayne just hit me up and said he'll contact you. How's that for customer support?

however, I think it's unfair that "we" have come to expect to reach everyone via ICQ at ungodly hours of the night .

If you slept like regular people then you wouldnt have to help people at ungodly hours :thumbsup
