WL domain shouldn't be fucked for good, but keep in mind that if you decide to develop it and run a real site on it sometime later, the penalty probably won't be revoked automatically and you will need to submit a reconsideration request.

You may not see any traffic from the serps while a domain is white labeled but it most certainly does not kill the domain.

No again. Google will not remove the ban from the domain on which there was mailware or strong spam / pure spam. fell free to remove google ban from domain: sex-pussy-horny-now.xyz or similar - impossible - how do you explain to Google the value of this domain ?

back to to WL - if noindex for domain is set. Google has no reason to ban the site! because.
noindex is an attribute that you use when you are in construction, test, or anything that is not related to a valuable page.

I did that on a few of my own domains that were hacked and had mailware and email spamming scripts. I have cleaned them out and they were restored.

of course, for this you have google console and reconsideration request. Where you have to describe what happened and what you did. And trust me, google will not take off the ban on which was mailware, scam or domain was made only for spam.

The longest time I have been taken to download a ban from the domain is 11 months. The shortest. 4 days.

Google also does not care about long domain names, and domains with cheap tld.

Most cam providers these days set their new white label sites to either use canonical links or block robots and spiders with noindex and nofollow, so concerns about getting any penalties or organic search traffic while domains are used as white labels are moot.

noindex -> no SE traffic. Where is the profit?

Profit for who, programs or affiliates?

Most cam programs want affiliates to generate traffic to their white labels by buying traffic or driving traffic from other sites and from social media.
