hard to do this but i think a Chinese people are addicted for gambling na casino

Use a firewall if you have root access UFW, iptables.

You could block them at the server level but using a firewall that reject the request and does not respond ( play dead in the water) is best -- you just ain't there (stealth mode).

But there is always a risk you block surfers from other countries.
