simple way to erase dropdown...
is there an easy way to erase drop down menu typed in items in internet explorer 5. browsers??
without having to use one of those history eraser programs? |

tried... doesn't work... you go to fill in a form and it still autofills based on a letter you are typing, even after deleting cache and cookies...

Let me get my head out of my ass....
Not the url drop down menu, but when you go to type something in a form box and it recognizes the letter you just typed and suggests a previous entry.... How can you turn this off and delete current entries without using any privacy software? Already tried deleting cookies, cache, history ,etc... entries still there... Anyone? |

Tools --> Internet Options --> Content --> AutoComplete Button
In there you can choose what gets stored and filled in for forms.
