IPad FTP Issues
I have about ten saved Notes in Notepad, some about seven pages in length, on iPad 5, iOS 10.3.2. haI need to FTP them to my site. The only options are mail.com, iMessage and another I forget. I researched and learned about iCloud Drive. Went to iCloud.com and began the process. Went into Settings and enabled iCloud. Came back to import the files; only the three options were there.ha
I can import each to mail.com but even if I save each file, ftp doesn't let me choose a folder. I've tried six free ftp apps but it seems that, unlike Windows, you can't choose. How do I get my Notes files to be a choice when doing ftp? ha Or how to copy the Notes files to the directory I choose? Then I can ftp to my site, send over the files, and then import via plugin. If I could copy and paste the text into another "something" and save each in my domain directory, I could ftp easily. But I don't know of any app that allows you to save each file in a specific directory. I spent hours last night trying to figure out how to get this done. I have the plugin already; just can't get files. All suggestions appreciated. If there's a way for you to do this, I can email the text (copy & paste), give you ftp access and let you put them in the content folder. In case you have a paid app that can do this so I don't have to buy it. I'm frustrated so hope I explained this clearly. IPad is great for bed use but Windows allows you to view the content on your hard drive.
