Well lemme see, I am not listed but I am also compliant. Custodians name and company name both posted. Physical address of our office that is our primary place of work and business (staffed 90% of the time 6 days a week during business hours). All shoots individually labled, and sorted by date with serial numbers.

a good thing to keep in mind is that some people have custodial info listed but don't have anyone there a lot of the time, so even if a content provider lists their custodial info, it doesn't mean that they are fully compliant.

i'd love to see a list of the providers that have someone at their custodian's address from 9 - 5.

Danish laws are a bit different regarding that.

It must be a legal person signing the paper on behalf of the company... But since Denmark isnt the biggest in adult, I doesnt think theres any reason to make it set the standards...

And how many TGP submitters aren't compliant?

Aivengo, you must have the actual address where the content is listed on your site AND you must actually be there from 9 am to 5 pm to show i.d. to any law enforcement. if all you have is your email address, that is not according to 2257.

Fix it, let me know that it is fixed, and I will update the listing. Untill then, start kicking yourself for not asking a US attorney about US laws when you are selling to US clients.

I do not consider the licens agreement to be a prominant loaction, BUT...At least Micheal did post it. That is more than some others did.

No offense meant to you, but there are lawyers who tell their clients to list the law firm as the custodian of records. In other words, not all lawyers are providing the best advice for their clients.

Just for your info, I know excatly what paperwork I need to sell to US clients. I have been selling content/pictures for the past 25 years to the biggest magazines in US, inclusive Playboy and Penthouse, and there have never been any one of their attorneys, pointing any fingers at the releases or ID's I have provided. So I'm sorry to say, I can't follow you. Maybe there's something I am missing, since english is not my first language.
