Hmmm, every download i've ever seen from a Standard Internet owned page has been certified, and i've always been prompted and had the option to say no. Perhaps you should configure your browser correctly. The software may be annoying, but it's certainly not malicious, and it's your own fault if your security settings are allowing it to be installed without you being prompted.
