In his case it DOES look like muscle memory played a part but it's obvious he really trained hard because his quads show a dramatic improvement that would be hard to come by without training like crazy. He's not new to training and he looks like he lost some weight before starting this program probably because he is an on again off again type of dude when it comes to training and eating right. Those are just my first glance guesses... but who the fuck really knows? |
