National-Net fucking ROCKS!!
I think this is the best hosting company I've ever used. I need anything done, and minutes later it's finished. I almost forget I'm even hosting with them unless I'm adding a new domain to setup.

In web hosting terms, that's no way to judge a hosting company. The only real way is waiting a few months into the service and letting us know then.

YEP I got one of there Christmas specials back in December where they matched prices for 1 week. Damn did they open my eyes up to what a hosting company SHOULD BE! They are BY FAR THE BEST HOSTING COMPANY YOU'LL EVER DEAL WITH! Quote me on that.
I can show you support tickets (which are all timed & recorded) where it took them 10 minutes after I sent in the support ticket to setup 10 domains for me. And one time I sent in a support ticket and then called like 5 mins later, the person in tech to answered my call was already working on my problem and was like "ohh hello there, yes I'm looking at it right now, i'll fix this and move this to here and set this up for you right now" I mean YEAH BABY! Needless to say I've got my 2nd server with National-net already and will i'm sure order more in the future. HIGHLY recommended. OH AND DID i MENTION THERE BANDWIDTH IS FASTER THE HELL!! |

They're the best.
I got in on the price match special too (thanks to brujah) and I've been super happy with them. I don't think I ever had to wait more than 10 minutes for my support ticket to be answered, even on Chrismas Eve and New Years day. No doubt in my mind these guys are the best! Luc L.

Good hosts are hard to come by. And pricing has nothing to do with their service.
We have been with our host for a long time and not one single bit of down time.

Wow....what a great thread to wake up to
![]() You guys are just too kind....it really is nice to see that all of the hard work pays off! NationalNet does not mind being thought of as expensive....we have always been more than most of the other hosting companies but then again we have always invested more in our infrastructure than most other companies, as well. This was actually evidenced this week when there was a FIRE in the DataCenter accross the hall from us. The building was evacuated, the power was shut off, the Fire Department came trampling through everything but our DataCenter never missed a beat. Our phones were automatically forwarded to another office where we had people answering tech support tickets and phone calls like it was any other day. Not a single customer even noticed. (thank goodness the fire turned out to be nothing major, just a short in a power supply in the Qwest Center, but either way we never missed a beat). Think about it a minute....if this happened to your hosting company and they were not prepared for such an eventuality you probably would not even be mad.....I mean who could blame them for a fire?? But the reality is that we try to be prepared for as much as possible so that we never have to apologize. Does this mean we are perfect? Absolutely not...but we try as hard as we possibly can ![]() Quote:
