Wow....what a great thread to wake up to

You guys are just too kind....it really is nice to see that all of the hard work pays off! NationalNet does not mind being thought of as expensive....we have always been more than most of the other hosting companies but then again we have always invested more in our infrastructure than most other companies, as well. This was actually evidenced this week when there was a FIRE in the DataCenter accross the hall from us. The building was evacuated, the power was shut off, the Fire Department came trampling through everything but our DataCenter never missed a beat. Our phones were automatically forwarded to another office where we had people answering tech support tickets and phone calls like it was any other day. Not a single customer even noticed. (thank goodness the fire turned out to be nothing major, just a short in a power supply in the Qwest Center, but either way we never missed a beat).

Think about it a minute....if this happened to your hosting company and they were not prepared for such an eventuality you probably would not even be mad.....I mean who could blame them for a fire?? But the reality is that we try to be prepared for as much as possible so that we never have to apologize. Does this mean we are perfect? Absolutely not...but we try as hard as we possibly can

Yes. Kristoffer, it is alot...but that is only on our Virtual Accounts that we really do not target anyway. Out of our many hundreds of servers we only have 5 Virtual Servers because it is not our target market. The fact is that the majority of our revenue comes from Clients that push more than 50mbps and we have a number of clients that push hundreds of megabits per second. So, to answer your question, yes...it is alot

Thanks again, everyone....you are too kind
