The thing corrupt about Kushner, in this case, is he's advising Chinese nationals that are his business partners & potential investors , in China, of a future policy change that will raise the bar on the amount of money needed to immigrate on the EB-5 visa program before the American public, and lawmakers, have even been notified.

Kushner is literally notifying ONLY his foreign business partners & potential investors, on foreign soil, of a future change to U.S. immigration policy so only they can benefit before the change.
