The Kushners are crooked as fuck, his father is a convicted felon that did his time in federal prison for fucking people over for years.

That being said, this system has been in place for decades in America and is common in most every country. The idea behind it is if youre willinv to invest a lot of money then you have a vested interest in America's success. The thing corrupt about Kushner, in this case, is he's advising Chinese nationals that are his business partners & potential investors , in China, of a future policy change that will raise the bar on the amount of money needed to immigrate on the EB-5 visa program before the American public, and lawmakers, have even been notified.

Kushner is literally notifying ONLY his foreign business partners & potential investors, on foreign soil, of a future change to U.S. immigration policy so only they can benefit before the change.
