Dedicated Server Needed.....
A friend of mine needs a dedicated machine...
Machine specs: 1ghz / 512megs / 30 gig -with FRESH freebsd 4.8 install Monthly Xfer: 1mbit cap. Extra at $75/mbit if needed. It's mostly for mainstream stuff & he doesn't use shit for bandwidth. Hes a freebsd guy & he'll never need any managed services other than the occasional power reset. He'll pay $100 a month for the box + the 1mbit of capped bandwidth and be one of the easiest customers you have (does his own mail/dns/etc etc. He's NOT interested in any term commitment. Will pay $200 to start - $100 first month & $100 to be considered as last month. Will give 30 days notice before leaving. Like I said, it's for hosting of mainstream local businesses mostly so him and his clients are VERY tame.... ie no spamming, irc bots or anything that will take any heat. You should have: Multi-homed/BGP bandwidth 24 hour technical support available - preferrably AT the datacenter. Able to provide this server within 72 hours. Please leave a link to your hosting company & ICQ me if this is something you will do. Thanks |
