I'd leave it as is and see if he says anything else... He may have just been pissed and has since calmed a bit.. If you press charges, that could put him in a really bad mood and worse things could happen.

Not fooling dude, that really is her parents kitchen. No joke. As for the thing about permission...She was left in charge of the house while they were out of town. She is 18 and consented to the use of the house that she was in legal control of.

Pressing charges is not going to solve anything. Your best bet is to start recording ALL incoming phonecalls in the event he or any of his buddies call. As far as I know it IS fully legal to record incoming calls, just not outgoing. Save any and all correspondences this man sends you if thereare any and NEVER respond to a thing he says or does. Last thing you'll want is a mudslinging contest OR a way for him to turn the tables and say YOU are the aggressor.

DO make the police aware of a potentially dangerous situation. They will most likely tell you there is nothing they can do unless you want to press charges, but from my own experiences, that's a lie. Tell them you just want it on official record and that you are only trying to establish precedent for possible future legal actions, should the situation worsen.

Chill out and make sure you never leave the freak an opportunity to catch you off-guard. If it were me in his shoes, my first thought would be to take my 357 mag and blow your knees off. My second thought would be to see my attorney and explore what, if anything, could leagally be done to you. If nothing could be leagally done, I would execute my first thought. I seriously doubt a jury would convict him if he shot your ass (I suspect it would be a hung jury). There are some not so friendly people out there who have blown heads off for less of a reason. You certainly don't want to rub this in his face. You don't know the guy, nor what he may just be capable of doing. It's fun to rag about in here, but you're in a real situation, and it just takes one pissed off person to ruin your day. A challenge is the last thing I'd do at this point. No matter who did what with whom, or where. No matter what was was legal or not. The dad is pissed. I wouldn't push it.

Your best bet is to start recording ALL incoming phonecalls in the event he or any of his buddies call. As far as I know it IS fully legal to record incoming calls, just not outgoing. Save any and all correspondences this man sends you if thereare any and NEVER respond to a thing he says or does. Last thing you'll want is a mudslinging contest OR a way for him to turn the tables and say YOU are the aggressor. DO make the police aware of a potentially dangerous situation. They will most likely tell you there is nothing they can do unless you want to press charges, but from my own experiences, that's a lie. Tell them you just want it on official record and that you are only trying to establish precedent for possible future legal actions, should the situation worsen. "And that's all I have to say about that...." (for now) Chill out and make sure you never leave the freak an opportunity to catch you off-guard. You know the times I'm talking about.... like when you're out by yourself, drunk, and lying face-down on a table in a backwoods titty bar run by hermaphroditic lepers talking to the next "innocent girl" who you're out to "take advantage of, ruin, and throw away like garbage." I wouldn't care as I believe it would be difficult to get a jury to convict, but even if I didn't believe a jury wouldn't convict, I still wouldn't care.
