I think it would be prudent for you to, at the very least, to leave this guy alone. If it were me in his shoes, my first thought would be to take my 357 mag and blow your knees off. My second thought would be to see my attorney and explore what, if anything, could leagally be done to you. If nothing could be leagally done, I would execute my first thought.

I seriously doubt a jury would convict him if he shot your ass (I suspect it would be a hung jury). To invade someone's home and take porno pics of his 18 year old daughter is tanamount to comitting suicide.
