You can still let board users battle it out in a thread and if one's found guilty I'd guess ban them, but maintaining a list by the site owner is just asking for legal issues. I'd be asking a lawyer more than board members.

there's signbucks there was jim guy or something forum he had a list(dead forum) i have not seen any sponsor come here and dispute not paying. they just avoid it because they owe.there is a forum of 6k alexa has such a section. you out people there
