Sure these antropine CAN be used for medical purposes...but as in life you have to look at the whole picture in order to see and understand the context.

Finding antropine in a hospital, that's fine.

Finding antropipne stockpiled along with gas masks, chemical suits, documents on how to conduct biological and/or chemical warfare big fucking difference.

Kinda like when you get popped for possession of weed and get a ticket only because you had a dime bag on you.

But get caught with a pound distributed into a bunch of dime bags and you're now considered a dealer...it doesn't take a genius to figure that out.
