Sure these antropine CAN be used for medical purposes...but as in life you have to look at the whole picture in order to see and understand the context.

Finding antropine in a hospital, that's fine.

Finding antropipne stockpiled along with gas masks, chemical suits, documents on how to conduct biological and/or chemical warfare big fucking difference.
