I want to agree with you. Trump obviously got a bump from the convention. Now that the Democratic convention is starting today it will be three days of that.

But.... Trump got a BIG bump his convention - larger than usual.

At the same time, I don't think Clinton has really started yet. I see commercials here and there, but that's about it. I think Clinton will beat him badly in the debates. Trump's style of debating is to make fun of people and point out their bad mistakes, but he cannot debate the real issues - he can only talk in general terms. I'll give you that there is clear slant going on with some of the major news outlets, but the crap he is saying in his speeches is NOT propaganda, it's his voice. Instilling fear is not a strategy, its pandering at it's worst. All politicians pander a bit but he has taken things to a new level.
