and ... why their US traffic is cheaper than Belgium traffic...? honestly I don't get it !

Supply and Demand they have more US Traffic than Belgium. It's Country Specific Traffic, I believe it's harder to get this traffic and the demand is greater. It's like Italian traffic it's a small country, how many people there are actually looking at Porn. Latore has to go out and do the work for you and find out who has the best traffic. Filter it for you, and deliver you what you want, UNCUT. They provide country specific traffic and that's all they provide.
