Right or wrong, that is still the reason for your ban. Regardless if it later showed you were right or not, it was deemed as highly inappropriate and not allowed. And it's not like you "accidentally" posted an image of a random girl, you posted a picture you already felt was highly questionable. Why would anyone in their right mind choose to post a picture that you are not sure about?
