Actually, you don't know that because Eric removed the image from Gary's original post. Gary posted an image where he himself questioned if the model was of legal age "Please give me your thoughts on whether this model on a tubesite advert is 18 plus or not..." So he had no idea if the model was 18 or not and neither do you. I agree he should not have received a lifetime ban, unless it was his third strike. However, the one thing you learn over the years on GFY, if an image can be construed as underage, don't post or link to it in anyway.

Gary & I were at a business convention in the UK in maybe 2010 or there abouts, maybe 2008 & it has been an on going hatred from Damian & DV since we began our business in 2006 on another forum, now closed. DV & Damian found it necessary & fun for them to troll all the business threads Gary & I posted there, then Gary came here, the same continued, harassing us with shit comments about our photos & attacking me personally. Now DV continues to post anything he can find to create a post or problem instead of getting on with his own business. He must spend hours every day going through posts, my site, social media & my blogs just to cause a problem. It's stalking, it's weird

people have already posted on that thread, the model looked 20 plus & that the site was legit before the image had been taken down. It was not a tube & it was a legit site, I was sitting on my bed when Gary posted the image.

It also is not a lifetime ban, Eric emailed Gary to retrieve his account back after the christmas, he never did, because it makes no difference to us, we use the same laptop for our work.

It would be nice if Eric could retrieve the old image, i'm sure he could & then the proof is there. Of course, this would also prove Gary was wrongfully banned.

The very nature of Gary's initial post says that he didn't know if the model was 18+ or not. Just because other's in the thread thought the image was ok, doesn't mean it was and since it was an advert, it doesn't matter if the site was legit. Eric has always made it clear that if the content is questionable, don't post it or link to it, case closed.

Gary, I really wish you'd stop the charade of posting as Nat, nobody cares at this point and you won't be banned despite what DV says. Its easy to tell that its you posting because you do 2 things in many of your posts that are grammatically unique, the same 2 things you used to do when you posted as Arsewithclass. I actually think they want to keep hating each other. See for years on GFY, DVtimes has been bullied and picked on by just about everyone, even going back to his original news posting id AllanUK Then when Gary - Arsewithclass came along, DV found someone from the UK who is on his IQ level, someone he could pick on. When Damian was here, he had his way with DV and Gary, and then DV would also pick on Gary. Gary was the runt of GFY for many years.

Now that Damian is gone and this place is basically unmoderated, Gary has found his voice and is now on equal footing with DV and has a lot of resentment for the way DV bullied him over the years. DV isn't going to stop because Gary is the only person he can pick on here.
