No matter if the picture in question is or was in fact underage, it was DEEMED so by the ones who run the forum. And because of the judgment, right or wrong, from the moderator/owners of the forum, you Gary were banned.
Reason for banning, posting underage content. Right or wrong, that is still the reason for your ban.

Regardless if it later showed you were right or not, it was deemed as highly inappropriate and not allowed. To confirm & explain my question, I have read certain details on B&B. I was asking if there was any truth in the allegation on the other forum about the model.

If there is no truth, I apologize in asking about the situation but if he continues to harass I shall be looking into an order against him, going through the appropriate channels to see that this harassment does stop.

It's unnecessary, effecting my work, my business, my life & is making me feel uncomfortable. My partner Gary is also prepared to give statements to the appropriate authorities.
