What we want from you is to
build traffic interest other webmasters for partner program etc We: do updates customer support We shoot new movies every week, so there will always be fresh content. We offer a fixed monthly fee plus a percentage of signups and rebills. (percentage is open for discussion with the right person) |

So you're not really hiring, you are just charging the webmaster $ to particpate and "own' the site but he pays a recurring fee but gets a % of income? Please explain or correct my impression
