Bush has already accomplished more in his 2 years than Clinton did his entire 8. One thing is Bush has led public opinion rather than following it. Clinton never did anything unless it was already popular.
It is too early to say Bush will be seen as a great president. We don't know how history will judge this war yet. It could be history will say he stood up for what he believed in and went against the grain of popular opinion to do the right thing. Or history could say most people in the world told him it was a bad idea and he wouldn't listen and fucked us all up. It's too early to say.

Hmm I seem to remember Arafat rejecting the camp david accord (or whatever it was called) and calling for an intifadah (or whatever it's called) and the suicide bombings got worse. I wasn't one of them but I remember people blaming Clinton for the worsening of the suicide bombings because of raising hopes and failing.
