On the links to the sites that the email is found on, he should be using affiliate codes so when the spouse signs up to check the potential infidelity they get commission... Guy is leaving half the loaf of bread on the table...

It's pretty simple to do.

Send a get request to the lost password form on each of these sites, detect if the account exists, report back to user. If there's a captcha, send it to a captcha solver.
