I don't believe Hillary is guilty of anything. I honestly don't. There is no law saying she cannot have her personal email server - this was very common at the State Department and even common in Congress - and there is no law saying she cannot transmit classified information via email. There is discussion about if she passed classified information to people not authorized to receive classified information, but you can argue that until you are blue in the face - Who decided the information was classified, who knew it was classified, who sent it to who, and who was or was not authorized to read said classified information?

Most likely we will not have a decision on this until after the election. Even if found guilty, they will look at damage and intent. There was no damage, and there was no bad intention. The charges would minimal, and would include a small fine.
