Bill Gates found out that iraqies works on brand new operation system for PC called Scudows XP wich are much better then Windows XP so he wants to destroy that weapon of mass destruction! One XP is enough!

Inflicting Windows XP on these people may be so heinous that it may set a new low record for human rights abuse.

I would say hold off on unleashing that OS until all diplomatic and nuclear options are exhausted.
