Comcast@Home ... I've gone through about 25 calls through customer support-- It's worse than H3ll, let me tell you that. I absolutely love it when they talk to me as if I don't know how to use a computer mouse.

Comast for the cable modem.
Their Tech support sucks major ass most of the time. I dont get it why there isnt more effort in training a tech support team that has alot of customers in the area. I do have to say that there have been some techs that REALLY had their shit together and helped me get my Linksys router all worked into my network at home after I fucked up my settings and never thought to log them. Now, I log all settings to prevent nightmare part 2 |

there are a few SCattered I only know of one in the baltimore Metro area but they are growing into DC and Northern Virginia
