Is it hot linking ?
I went to my photography website www.xposedmodeling.com and checked the stats it had a large jump in traffic. And I see this for top referring sites.

In fact both domains are sharing the same IP address (216.130.175.152) so it's not surprising to get the same content too. I am pretty sure you server was NOT hacked.
You might send an email of the owner ([email protected]) of that domain and ask him to correct their IP address. But: Who the hell cares ... that second domain is just promoting your site. Be happy!

Off the top it looks like the domain is pointed.. cuz when you ping both domain names they have the same IP.
(216.130.175.152) Just a guess. |

Dont bother writing to him and telling him. Stick yourself a 'surfers enter here' link on your page and make some $$$ off that traffic that his host fucked up on.
