size:352/288 910kb/s 96kbps/44kHz stereo 29.97 fps are those setting surfer friendly? |

910kbps is kinda high for wmv.
Sure it's high quality but with around 750kbps you won't see much of a difference. |

If you got enough time you could offer them in more bitrates.
like 200kbps / 400kbps / 750kbps |

I have always used 15-20 FPS with wmv 7 and up.
Also I use mono not stereo. Cuts down the file size a little.
