Bulk List
I have a bulk email list but I have no way of sending it out. I dare not use my ISP's SMTP server, or where I host. Any suggestions?

The problem with stuff like send-safe is you are using other people's proxies, so they could legitamitely go against you for damages, bandwidth, and illegally using their resources without their permission for things that violate their rules.
