				Do you have an LLC or corp for your business? Should I get one?
			 Has anyone ever been sued by a customer? I dont do affiliates or anything, just offer memberships to customers and get paid by processor. Should I get an LLC?  |

				 | Talk to your lawyer or accountant. LLC or corp has many benefits, including tax .... Every situation is different.
