Anyway, does anyone have a page where I can get the template to the forms you need to fax in when you need to get your passwords recovered? |

after all the legal shit they have been thru & are going thru because of faxed forms.... they STILL accept them???
damn, maybe i should fax me in some forms... |

They don't use this anymore. You can get your password reset and send to the email they have on file.
