The email account works, it's the anti spamming control. I went to the site and emailed the people there and nothing happened no reply no nothing.

The stupid thing is the returned emails were from FTP emails I sent to them to fulfill the orders. The update email gets through not problems.

So match for their security. Any one know these people at rr.com/mail or know how I can get around this problem?

I just cancel the orders, refund the money and tell them in Paypals email why and they then come back to me and we find another email address. But it is a bit long winded.

Couldn't you just as well get a hotmail account, with the Subject THIS IS PAUL MARKHEM, and send them the info that way?

Would stop the hassle on their part, seeing as how its not either of ya'lls fault

looks like RR (road runner) believes your mail server is on or in an ip range they have blocked because of various unacceptable issues. Open relay, in MAPS RBL, etc.

You'll have to deal with RR and/or MAPS and your host to get the issue resolved. Road Runner is just trying to protect their servers, resources, and customers from costs and abuses associated with spammers.
