We have used Netbilling for some time now and it is the absolute best move we ever made! We started 3rd party and switched a couple of years ago now.

We use them for credit cards and check processing. Talk to Mitch, Karen or Arin over there. Great poeple to work with.

That was my biggest complaint when trying to get things rolling with them. They'd tell me one price, then there'd be this fee, then that fee, then this fee... Well, why can't they just tell me everything up front so I can say, yes, I want to do this or no, I'll go get fucked by iBill?

Hi All,

Sometimes there is a differenciation in price only on the merchant account side. It depends in your credit, monthly volume and whether it will be a domestic or offshore merchant account.

As far as Netbilling goes, we offer several pricing plans depending on your needs. You choose what you like.

I will not quote the merchant account fees because they do vary depending on the factors I have listed above. When Netbilling help you establish your merchant account, the bank reps will quote you at that time.

Regardless of what you choose, based on a $25 average ticket, you will still pay usually 50% less than what the IPSPs charge and usually see a great increase in convestions since we give you the ability to control your own level of fraud scrubbing.

Here is what Netbilling charges (not including the merchant account fees):

Setup fee: $199 whcih is always waived for the asking....

Credit card processing:

1.5% and 15¢ per transaction

or

45¢ flat rate per transaction with no percentage

or

80¢ flat rate with no percentage if you would like Netbilling to handle all of your customer service 24/7/365 (we will then handle all of your customer calls, emails, disputes, password issues, inquiries etc...)

$25 per month gateway fee

----------

Check processing

No merchant account required

3.25% and 40¢ per transaction
$20 per month
Returns are $2 each
You can also utilize Starchek and
Experian for an additional 30¢ which verifies the checking acohahahaha holder and that the account has funds (works on 50% of US bank accounts).
----------

I know it can be confusing for those of you who are used to paying 15-20% for processing. However, we offer these different plans to halp the merchants choose what they need based on their average ticket?

-----------

Ready to save $$$, get paid DAILY, and take control?

Toll Free within the US: (888)357-8166
Outside the US: (661)252-2456

I contacted Netbilling. They said "We do not but the banks do except for offshore accounts. Unfortunately, we can only setup non US merchants doing over 40k per month right now"

Well you see the problem is. That are your rates. But what is the AVERAGE setup fee at a bank? and what do they charge on AVERAGE? I was calculating long time ago(so maybe it doesn't work anymore now) but it was a total for me of 9% fee(including bank)

Is this possible that the TOTAL fee will be like 9%?

Hi,

Depending on your average ticket price and whether you process with an offhsore or domestic merchant account, the average total for high risk processing will be between 5 & 9%. However, check processing is only 3.25% and 40¢ per transaction.

Thank you, Mitch Farber

We do have many, many offshore merchants.

Thank you, Mitch

p.s. Domestic merchants are paid DAILY. Offshore is weekly.

Hi,

Can you define what a check return is? I'm assuming it's fraudulent checks. Sounds expensive given how easy it is to rort the system for a few days worth of free access...

When you look at your check processing all those fees and percentage really add up to about 15% .Why not just say 15% ,instead of nickle and dimeing for everything. Also why would we have to pay for returned checks if we are using your system? We have no control over returned checks and lately it seems to become more common.

Mitch,

Sorry for this probably stupid question, but what is the exact discount rate for offshore high risk merchant accounts you currently offer? Is that really 1.5% and 0.15 PTF?

Thanks.
