Since George W. Bush gave order to attack Irak, I have been feeling really depressed. You will not see that on CNN or the American goverment say it out loud. But thousand of kids and innocent people is dead or gonna die. When will we the people of the free world take action against goverment acts, and say enought is enought?

War is terrible any which way you look at it. Many people here in Germany and around the world would have liked to first try to find a peaceful solution with the threat of war to make things actually get done.

As for the soilders killed, yes, it is sad but as a soilder thats part of the danger. As a civilian... it shouldn't be!

Well, actually Iraq is NOT the same as the USA, Iraqi citizens are forced to serve in their army for a determed amount of time (like most european and middle east countries), and if they don't fight in a time of war they are shot. So the soldiers aren't exactly civilians, but they don't want to be fighting either.

Death is death, whether it's an iraqi soldier or civilian, or an American or British soldier, it is tradgic. All of these people just want to live their lives, don't blame them for the assholes in charge of them.

I've been listening/reading interviews with exiled Iraqis constantly, and nearly all agree that Saddam needs to go and the only way he'll go is by force. Why don't you wait till Saddam is gone and see how the Iraqis react once Saddam is gone and they can speak freely. I'm sure they'll be much happier than before.

Likewise, the mission in the conflict has been to minimize casualities as much as possible, making it very easy for Iraqis to surrender and avoid injury or death. We're taking a lot of measures to safeguard civilians and even benevolent Iraqi soldiers.

Over 250 Iraqi soldiers have surrendered, just from this small battle. Only 4 Iraqi deaths.

Had the Allied forces been ran by Saddam, every one of those soldiers would have been killed.

We left tons of depleated uranium in their soil, which has given many of them cancer over the years. Without medicine, they die. Therefore, we've been killing civilians.

Our forces will and are treating the iraqi soldiers better than Saddam has ever treated them. Also, we have been very precise about where we are bombing and staying away from civilian neghborhoods. Soon, we will have to go into this neighborhoods, because Saddam is using them as Human Shields, but even then we will be very careful who gets killed and who doesn't... again, alot more than can be expected of Saddam and his Republican Guard... they'll shoot innoccents civilians just to try and blame it on us. Watch.
