What happened to them that they had to relaunch their site?

I'm signing up to the program, but the only payout option is Payoneer, which is a little odd but I guess I'll do it.

They either bought or developed SinfulCall.com as a phone sex site, if you click any model on SinfulCall.com it forwards to NeedLive.com. However, the SinfulCall.com models seem to be cam models. Needlive used to be a good site few years ago, it was very active with many models. Now it's quite boring website with few paying members only and very few online models. I don't think it has a successful future.

needlive was moneyverse, independent, then merged with jasmin, then again independent but says operated by duedecad which is same company of jasmin, maybe they share biller or company? (I think this was a relative or friend of of jasmin's owner anyway).
