Your site loads the text and THEN gets rendered.

Maybe you did a "Fetch as Google" at that time? I bet the results were different and this was the main problem.

Site is still not recovered even after multiple reconsideration request in past 1 and half month and they keep declining. Site got its own content, our own produce exclusive but they not listening....

This is still going on? When my domain got blocked i just submitted a appeal saying I'll be removing some ads but in the end everything was restored to default. Other domains with the exact same ad setup never got touched.

@EddieG what did you do to get yours returned, I'm almost certain the dropping of all these sites off the index for cloaking was a false positive in their bot but yeah we can't tell them that. We're suppose to suck it up and blow google until they return it.

@247mg your site desipapa.tv works for me if i google it.

I've blown google a few times and still can't get any decent impressions for adwords i'm buying... what gives?

Yes its indexed when you search with site:desipapa.tv but its not coming in search. We are not getting any hits from Google... Manual Spam penalty is showing in google webmaster tool. That's the most obvious thing I can see. I think G will start to come down hard on sites that do this. I'm finding so many sites these days that have a blind link on first click and I wonder if or why they manage to get any SE traffic.
